Do You Have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, we do, we are covered up to 20 million dollars.


Does the Mirror Booth need attendants?

All our booths are self-managed and super easy to use. The booths are touch screens and are very easy to navigate. If you wish to have one of our amazing attendants there that is no problem! Let us know and we will sort out a price to have our fun-loving attendant there at your event.

Does the 360 Video Booth need an attendant?

Yes, our 360 video booths are run by a controller that one of our friendly staff members will assist you with. 


Can I customize my videos?

Absolutely! Send us a video or photo of what you'd like and we can embed it into our system to appear on your videos. 

What Colour backdrops Do You Have?

We have the choice of three backdrops for your event white, black, and gold.


How Many Photos Can I Take?

As many as you can take! Unlimited photos during your event hire.

How many 360 videos can I take?

As many as you can! Unlimited videos during your event hire.


Do You Have Themed Parties/Props?

Absolutely! We have multiple themed props, however, if you have a specific theme in mind for your event, let us know and we will be more than happy to specifically source them for you. 


What Camera Do You Use?

We use a high-resolution megapixel professional Cannon DSLR, only the best! For our 360 video booths, we use the latest GoPro technology for precision clarity. 


Do We Get A Guest Book?

In our premium mirror booth packages yes, it is complimentary!

Can I choose my picture format?

Yes! We have different format options for our photo booths including:

  • Standard 6x4

  • 4 photo strip

  • or fully customizable sizes! 

All of these come with any backgrounds, logos, or borders that you like! 


Can my photos be customized?

Yes, they can! The beauty of the mirror booths is they are fully customizable to your event! Whether it's a birthday party, wedding, Christmas Party, or corporate advertising, you can add anything you like including backgrounds, styles, the number of photos you want, and their size, the list goes on!


How soon can I get my pictures and videos?

Your videos can be downloaded immediately to your phone via a QR code ready to share on social media! Your pictures will be available for printout on the night, or we can organize them to be placed on a USB or have them sent to a shared drive. 


How Long Does It Take To Set Up & Pack Down?

We will come at a mutually agreed time to set up before the hire time. It takes roughly one hour to set up.

Pack down usually takes 30-40 minutes.


What Locations Do You Service?

We service the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Sydney, NSW regional areas and interstate.
